Photo Session

Booking

Sessions available Monday–Thursday. Please book 4–6 weeks in advance for best results.

Locations - your choice, or suggested areas:

• Mercer Botanic Gardens – Humble, TX

• Hermann Park – Cancer Survivor’s Park – Houston, TX

• Studio or special locations (fees apply)

Out-of-City Service

A $150 travel fee applies for locations outside 77023, over 35 miles, or for additional locations.

What to Bring to the Photo Session:

• Cold water

• Comfortable clothes

• Makeup sponge

• Flat shoes or sandals

• Small towel

• *Weather is monitored closely. If changes or cancellations occur makeup or hair costs are non-refundable.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients more than 30 minutes late will incur a $50 fee, and sessions may be shortened due to scheduled time slots.

Photo & Frame Selection

Images are professionally edited and delivered in a private gallery via text or email.

• Request changes within 48 hours or $150 per image applies.

• Frame changes after 48 hours incur a $250 fee.

Slideshow

• The basic slideshow is complimentary. Custom slideshow is $150.

• Send slideshow images via WhatsApp at phone number at least 5 days before the event.

Event Day Tips

• The photographer will arrive 15–30 minutes prior to departure.

• Group photos are at one location/park.

• *Fees apply for additional locations.

• Guest photos are usually 30 minutes before the presentation.

• Cake photos are after guest photos and before presentation.

• Enjoy the celebration and smile!

Delivery Timeline

• Photos & video: 2–4 weeks

Custom Albums

• Delivery is approximately 60 days after selections have been made.

• Images are delivered in a private gallery via text or email. Open and select “Approve” to the desired photos.

• Choose your favorite 80 images.

• Albums cannot be revised after approval has been received.

  Preparation and delivery of personalized albums (apx)

• Custom albums will have a delivery time of 60 days once the photos selected by the customer are received.

• A file of the best photos will be sent and the client should choose the best 80 photos

• The client must select by pressing the star of the file

• After the selections, it will proceed to the design and subsequent delivery

• Once the album is delivered, not this claim, only the preparation of a new one with its respective cost according to the type and size
